Discover Chaton Hamilton
Chaton Hamilton is conveniently located within the Hamilton Farmers' Market next to Jackson Square and the Hamilton Public Library. Our story begins with the idea of bringing French pastries to downtown. Anna Warunkiewicz moved to Hamilton in 2021 after previously working in some of Toronto's best known restaurants and pastry shops. Most recently at XO Bisous. Having fallen in love with Hamilton, Anna was looking for a way to put down roots in the community and Chaton was born.
Chaton is the French word for kitten, and it is also a term of endearment. Our logo is a baby tiger our own subtle nod to the home team.
We provide a variety of high-quality, French-inspired pastries including our Almond Croissants, Madeleines, and Financiers. The secret is all in traditional technique... and butter. A lot of butter.
All of our products are baked fresh daily to ensure the highest quality. We source our ingredients from the best suppliers with attention to detail being at the core of what we do. Order online and pick up in store. Your tasty treats will be baked fresh to order.
